These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Calden Label, company registration number 93286805, and reachable via info@caldenlabel.com.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images and information on our website are accurate and up to date.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Typographical errors, pricing mistakes or other inaccuracies may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time, and no rights may be derived from them.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a supported payment method is available for their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

Order processing time: 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China, and customs duties or import charges may apply where required.

All delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by high demand, public holidays, transport providers or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Returns Policy for full details regarding returns.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.

Customers may request to cancel or amend their order only within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order is automatically submitted for processing and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Where optional post-purchase offers (including AfterSell offers) are presented after checkout, these offers are separate purchases. Acceptance or rejection of such offers does not affect the original order. Customers may not request the removal of individual items from the original order based on prices or offers shown after checkout.

A refund request or chargeback may not be initiated before the order has been delivered and received.

6. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage where the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited in all circumstances to the purchase price of the relevant product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, logos, graphics and website design, is the property of Calden Label and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing by emailing info@caldenlabel.com.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

Where a complaint relates to the size, fit, quality or condition of an item, please include clear photographs together with a detailed description of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Calden Label is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
