Toe room is one part of a comfortable fit. Here is what to look for when comparing everyday shoes.

Toe shape and shoe width are different

The toe box is the front part of the shoe around your toes. A rounded or roomier toe shape does not necessarily mean a shoe is available in a specific wide-fit size.

Check the whole fit

Compare the product's measurements and photographs, then check how the shoe feels across the front, over the top of your foot and around your heel. A shoe should feel secure without needing its fastening pulled excessively tight.

Choose by the product chart

Do not assume that every model from the same brand fits in the same way. Use the size chart supplied for the exact shoe. Serena is listed by UK/EU size; a separate width measurement is not currently provided.
